The data has been hand-collected and verified. In case you find any mistake feel free to contact us.
This database is a free resource. You can download and use it for further analysis. Our only requirement is to mention the European Center for Corporate Control Studies (ECCCS) for the data source.
Our goal is to maintain this database through time, to add recent years and to complete the history of notified cases to the European Commission (period 1992-2000).
